What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and state, the type of property, the service you need, and any details you choose to add.

When you use the site we may also collect standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL.

Why we collect it

• To pass your request to electricians who work in your area
• To contact you about that request
• To operate, secure and improve the site
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations

Who we share it with

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly. To fulfil your request we share the details you submit with one or more electrical contractors who serve your area. Those contractors are independent businesses and will contact you directly.

We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties or to data brokers. We do use service providers — hosting, analytics, email and phone systems — who process data on our behalf under contract.

Calls and messages

By submitting a request you agree that we and the matched contractor may contact you by phone, text and email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by telling us, or by replying STOP to a text message.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@bestusaelectricians.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to opt out of certain sharing.

Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
