The build schedule runs on the electrical schedule.
Rough-in gates drywall, and final gates occupancy. Electrical is on the critical path in nearly every tenant improvement, which makes coordination worth more than hourly rate.

Tell us what is going on
Call, or spend two minutes on the quote form. We ask what the problem is, what kind of property, and where you are — enough to pass it to the right contractors and no more.
-
02
We pass it to local electricians
Your request goes to independent electrical contractors who work in your area and do that type of work. A panel upgrade and a PLC fault are not the same trade, so the kind of job decides who sees it.

Contractors get in touch
Contractors who want the job contact you directly to talk it through and give you a price. Compare them, ask questions, and choose who you want — or nobody.

04
You decide and hire
Your agreement for the work is with the contractor you choose, not with us. Before you agree, get the quote in writing, check their licence and insurance with your state, and ask whether a permit is needed.
Tenant Buildouts — what people ask.
Does the electrician work directly with our general contractor?
Usually, and that is the normal arrangement. On a tenant improvement the electrical contractor is one of several trades on a coordinated schedule — the value is in hitting rough-in and trim dates without holding up drywall or ceiling grid.
Who pulls the permit?
The electrical contractor pulls the electrical permit. Some jurisdictions require it to hang off the general building permit, which affects sequencing — worth confirming early rather than at inspection.
Can the space stay occupied during the work?
Often partially. Phasing a buildout around an occupied floor is routine but it costs schedule, and it needs to be planned rather than improvised.
