Downtime is measured in dollars per minute.
On a process line the electrical question is rarely 'does it work'. It is how fast it comes back when it does not, and whether anyone can read the drawings.
Motor Controls, VFDs & PLC Systems
Installation, programming and troubleshooting of motor control centres, variable frequency drives and PLC/HMI control systems — the layer that decides whether a process line runs or sits.
What this job typically includes
- Motor control centre installation, bucket replacement and modification
- VFD sizing, installation, parameter configuration and harmonic mitigation
- PLC and HMI installation, wiring, I/O and integration
- Across-the-line and soft-start starter work
- Control panel fabrication and field device wiring
- As-built drawings, loop sheets and labelling that match reality

Tell us what is going on
Call, or spend two minutes on the quote form. We ask what the problem is, what kind of property, and where you are — enough to pass it to the right contractors and no more.
-
02
We pass it to local electricians
Your request goes to independent electrical contractors who work in your area and do that type of work. A panel upgrade and a PLC fault are not the same trade, so the kind of job decides who sees it.

Contractors get in touch
Contractors who want the job contact you directly to talk it through and give you a price. Compare them, ask questions, and choose who you want — or nobody.

You decide and hire
Your agreement for the work is with the contractor you choose, not with us. Before you agree, get the quote in writing, check their licence and insurance with your state, and ask whether a permit is needed.
Motor Controls & VFDs — what people ask.
Why put a VFD on a pump or fan?
Because flow-controlled loads follow the affinity laws — reducing speed cuts power consumption far more than proportionally. Throttling a valve while the motor runs full speed wastes the difference as heat and wear.
Do electricians program PLCs or only wire them?
Some do both, depending on the platform and the scope. Where a machine builder owns the programme, the electrician handles the installation, I/O and field wiring and works to their sequence.
Can the work fit around our production schedule?
It is the norm in industrial work — shutdown windows, weekends and planned outages. Realistic scope for the window matters more than the headline rate, because the expensive failure is not finishing before the line restarts.
